The company was founded by Shaista Souri, whose experience spans insurance, municipal utilities, and banking analytics. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for putting people first—prioritizing clear communication, efficiency, and long-term relationships. Shaista brings a thoughtful, organized approach to every client interaction, ensuring each project feels supported from start to finish.

At the heart of our engineering work is Principal Engineer Muhammad Khan. With over 12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, Muhammad has worked on a wide range of projects across Texas and neighboring states. His expertise includes geotechnical investigations, pavement analysis, and design for residential communities, multi-family developments, retail sites, city streets, airport paving, and water infrastructure.

Muhammad combines technical precision with practical insight, using advanced engineering tools to deliver solutions that are both accurate and reliable. He takes pride in helping clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
